Q1: Hot mixing over time?

Troubleshooting1: Trackslip of transmission belts.

Solution: Adjust the belts to proper tension.

Troubleshooting2: Serious wear-out of mixer blades.

Solution: Replace with new mixer blades.

Troubleshooting3: Thermocouple was not inserted at position or residuals on thermocouple.

Solution: Take out thermocouple and clean out and install at right position.

Q2: Cooling mixing over time?

Troubleshooting1: Trackslip of transmission belts.

Solution: Adjust the belts to proper tension.

Troubleshooting2: Cooling water circulation closed or temperature of cooling water is high.

Solution: Wash the bag filter or replace with new one.

Troubleshooting1: Check mixer blades if loosen.

Solution: Stop the mixer and clean out.

Solution: Replace with new sealing.

Troubleshooting4: Main shaft bearing lack of lubrication grease.

Solution: Check the grease pipeline and pump, ensure the sufficient grease for bearing.

Troubleshooting5: Main shaft bearing was broken.

Solution: Replace with new bearing.


1. The unit does not allow load start and frequent start. It should run normally before feeding, and should not stop when discharging.

2. It is not allowed to use the lifting device when the lid is pressed to prevent the lid from being deformed and damaged.

3. The pressure of cooling water in the mixer should be strictly controlled within the range of technical parameters to prevent deformation or water leakage, and the pressure should be less than or equal to 0.2MPa
