Kenneth SWP series crusher is the first reduce-size machinery during the recycling and reuse of PVC defectives. PVC chips with an average size of 10mm are produced by the crusher. Those chips are then processed by pulverizer to get the regrinds which can be reused as formula composition. It is suitable for crushing various plastic profiles and pipes. It does not need to be cut into sections for long plastic pipes, and can be continuously fed at one time. Such as plastic doors, plastic pipes, plastic panels, window frames, wire ducts, sheets, etc.

SWP series crushers can realize automatic feeding, and the whole pipe is put into the machine to be crushed by itself; it is equipped with a fan conveying crushing material device, and the crushed granular material is extracted from the machine by the suction fan, which is convenient for bagging and warehousing; device, and the large SWP model is equipped with an independent electric box control cabinet. The operation and maintenance are extremely convenient, and it is an ideal model for crushing various pipes and profiles.
Kenneth SWP-1300 Crusher is a custom crusher for SPC flooring tile defectives with an inlet dimension(L*W) of 1300*450mm.
The wide inlet can easily take the SPC defectives from extrusion line with a width of 1220mm(4ft) directly.
The powerful crushing mechanism composed of an rotor with 3 sets of tooth blades arranged equilateral triangularly and 2 sets of opposed stationary blades. Crushing capacity is up to 1300~1500kg/hr.
Blades are made of (9GrSi) high-quality alloy steel or SKD11, compared with ordinary materials, it has stronger wear resistance and impact resistance. And after long-term use, the blade can be reground and used repeatedly, which greatly reduces the cost.

Whole Series, Full Range
Kenneth has a full range series of heating mixers, capacity from lab scale 10 liter to industrial production scale 1,500 liter. Full range series of cooling miers, capacity from 200 liter to 6000 liters. Throughput of PVC compounds can be 30kg/hr(SHR-10) to 4,000kg/hr(SHR-1500).

The machine structures of Kenneth heating mixer are made of carbon steel been welded together by experienced welder. Inner surface of mixer tank, mixing tools, discharger inner surface wherever contacted with resin are made of stainless steel 304. The solid machine structures minimize vibration meanwhile the precise assemble of all mechanical parts ensures a comfortable noise level even at intensive mixing operation.

Intuitive Operation&Diverse Control Modes
Depends on the automation level and related accessories, the control of mixing process can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic. The first 2 control modes are usually achieved via button operation on the electrical cabinet. While the fully automatic mode requires an additional touch screen(Siemens S7 PLC) which visualizes all processes vividly, integrates all control operations and real time monitoring of all components etc. Remote maintenance module is optional for remote diagnosis of malfunctions or update of control system.
