PVC Cooling Mixer

Kenneth PVC Cooling Mixer is mainly used for cooling down the high temperature powder compounds/hot dry blends from hot mixer to low temperature(35~45℃) during the pre-compounding process of PVC resin and additives. Those cooled down PVC compounds are then either directly fed to extruder for further compounding to various PVC products or stored for future processing. In the PVC applications, the cooling mixer always works with hot mixer as a batch mixing combination for the preparation of PVC dry blends.

Kenneth pvc cooling mixers are mainly divided into 2 types: vertical cooling mixer and horizontal cooling mixer, both are combined with heating mixer as a whole mixing unit for PVC applications. While for other applications, horizontal mixers with particular mixing tools and auxiliaries are optional based on polymer characteristics and corresponded processing requirements.
