Training Services

Prior Shipment Test&Delivery

Each Kenneth heating mixer has to be tested before shipment whether it is standard package or particular package with customized options. The prior shipment test could be either functional test or simulated test with PVC resin and additives. Troubleshooting of electrical control with all actuators. Label all pipelines, connections, cables&wires with clear remarks and documented in the layouts sent to customers. Kenneth offers customer on-site acceptance inspection or remote acceptance inspection via video calls. Once the acceptance inspection is approved by customers, Kenneth will ships out the machines immediately.
 

Installation&Commissioning

Kenneth helps buyer with preparation of foundation construction i.e electricity, water, compressed air layout etc before the arrival of machinery. Meanwhile, since each mixer or mixing line has to be assembled for prior shipment test, every part disassembled after the test will be labeled with item codes corresponded with installation manual for buyer’s self-installation. Kenneth also sends out technician for on-site installation guidance and face to face training program for those complicated mixing lines. Kenneth are willing to help customers to build their own maintenance teams which could maximize the utility of machinery and saves cost.
 

After-sales Service

Real time communication SNS group chat(WeChat preferred, Skype/WhatsApp) which includes buyer side and Kenneth service team is created for technical assistance in the quickest manner. Scheduled video calls are also available. Just as the company vision ‘Customer Oriented’ says, Kenneth always stands at customer’s point to offer the optimum solution and help customer to maximize profit. Kenneth has its own customer management system and spare parts management system which ensure quickest responds and enough regular SKUs for easy-wearing parts whenever customer requests.
